Due to hygiene issues, we will consider exchanges only for hair bundles, closures, and frontals, provided that, the items are returned in their original condition and packaging (labels should still be attached).
To process an exchange you must contact us at info@debranimahairboutique.com within (14) days of receipt of your order (determined by your shipment tracking). Please include your order number in the e-mail subject. You will be responsible for the costs of return shipping.

Too bad I can’t upload pictures or video’s! Love the closure! Nice and big. I bleached the hair with 9% and after I colored it. After all of this and flat ironing the hair it is still soft! It passed the ultimate test. Big thumbs up!
