We stand by Debranima Hair Collections and fully commit to providing you not only high quality raw hair products, but a high quality shopping and customer service experience as well. All of our hair goes through an extensive review process before it’s shipped out. 

Due to hygiene issues, we will consider exchanges only for hair bundles, closures, and frontals, provided that, the items are returned in their original condition and packaging (labels should still be attached).

To process an exchange you must contact us at info@debranimahairboutique.com within (14) days of receipt of your order (determined by your shipment tracking).  Please include your order number in the e-mail subject. You will be responsible for the costs of return shipping.

As wigs are customised per order – all wigs are final sale.
