WHEN WILL BUNDLES AND CLOSURES BE RESTOCKED?

As of August 2022, we have changed our business strategy and we do not keep stock of individual bundles and closures. Our main focus and specialisation is wigs and new wig collection and therefore only wigs will be restocked monthly.

However, you can still enjoy the quality of our hair and purchase individual bundles and closures on pre-order basis ONLY. Pre-orders can be placed through the product pages. Please note that pre-orders may take up to 25 business days.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM WIG/COLOURING MAKING SERVICES?

Yes we offer custom wig making services with hair from our own collection. Please contact us on Whatsapp for further information.

DO YOU OFFER COLOURING SERVICE FOR HAIR THAT IS NOT FROM YOUR COLLECTION?

We unfortunately do not offer this service at this time.

CAN YOU MAKE A WIG IF I PROVIDE MY OWN HAIR?

We unfortunately do not offer this service at this time.

DO YOU INSTALL WIGS?

We unfortunately do not offer this service at this time. However we can recommend hairstylists that do. Please contact us on Whatsapp for any questions.

ARE YOUR WIGS GLUELESS?

Yes, all our wigs can be worn glueless.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY WIG ON A DAILY BASIS?

  • Brush your hair daily with care from the tips to the roots.
  • Avoid using excess products in your hair. The hair only needs heat protector when using heat (styling) and a a few drops of hair serum for moisture. We recommend using BioSilk Silk Therapy serum.
  • Avoid using heat daily.

WHEN WILL MY HAIR BE SHIPPED?

Items are expected to ship within 1-5 business days after placing your order. However, shipping time varies for each product. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

International orders (outside of the EU) may be subject to custom or duty fees. Debranima Hair Boutique is not responsible for any of these fees.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

Due to hygiene issues, we will consider exchanges only within 7 calendar days for hair bundles, closures, and frontals, provided that, the items are returned in their original condition and packaging (labels should still be attached). Wigs cannot be exchanged or refunded.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact, Sofortbanking, GiroPay and Creditcard.

WHAT ARE YOUR MAINTENANCE TIPS?

For all hair types we recommend to co-wash the hair at least once a week or as often as needed. Keep in mind to use products that are free from sulfates and parabens.

For silky straight hair we recommend to use a spray or serum that is infused with silk before straightening the hair. We recommend Gliss Kur Hair Repair spray or BioSilk Silk Therapy serum.

For deep wave and/or curly textures, we recommend wetting the hair and apply a moisturising leave-in conditioner like Cantu Shea Butter Moisturising Curl Activator Cream.

MY DHB WIG NEEDS A REVAMP, DO YOU OFFER THIS SERVICE?

Yes we offer revamp and colour revive services. Please go to the “Services” section on our website for further details.

DOES THE HAIR SHED?

Yes, all hair shed. However, the shedding is very minimal.

Note: different styling manipulations can cause extra shedding

HOW MANY BUNDLES OF HAIR DO I NEED?

This depends on the length and texture of the hair. For a full look we generally recommend:
10″ – 14″ : 2 bundles
16″ – 20″ : 3 bundles
22″ – 30″ : 4 bundles

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A FRONTAL AND A CLOSURE?

Closures are lace products usually placed in the center front of the head to close the style. Our closures currently come in two different sizes: 5×5 and 6×6 inches.

Frontals are lace products that are from ear to ear which allows you to create more versatile hairstyles. Our frontals currently come in two different sizes: 13×4 and 13×6 inches.

CAN I COLOUR THE HAIR?

Yes, all our hair is raw hair from single donors. The hair can be coloured to 613 (lightest blonde). 

We recommend consulting with a professional when colouring any hair. We also offer custom colouring services. Please contact us on Whatsapp for further information.

HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?

Our hair can last you at least five years with proper care.

Our lace products such as lace closures and frontals have lesser longevity due to the delicate nature of the lace the hair is attached to. Especially HD lace products need to be handled with care as these laces are very thin and fragile. Our closures and frontals can last you several months. They will need to be replaced every few months depending on how often they’re worn and how often they’re being manipulated. 

Note: we recommend bleaching the knots of your lace products in order to achieve a more seamless scalp illusion, however this can also weaken the knots of the hair and essentially cause shedding and breakage overtime.
