Colour Revive service
This service is only available to DebraNIMA Hair Boutique clients.
This service includes:
- For coloured wigs: re-toning the full unit back to the original tone (cool/warm/neutral)
- For black wigs: re-colouring the full unit back to jet black
- Deep cleaning and washing of your unit
- Deep conditioning treatment
- Band replacement and tightening
- Maintenance trim
- Restyling
- Lace re-tinting (if needed)
- Hairline enhancement
Please select an option from below and send your unit back to us and we will take care of the rest.
Once the service is complete we will notify you and arrange delivery or collection. Normal processing time is 7-10 working days after receipt of the wig.
After completing your order, you will receive an email with information to post your unit. You will also have the option to drop your unit to us if this is easier for you. You can book an appointment for drop-off at the “Book Appointment” button in the bottom left corner of the website after completing the order.
Domestic Shipping (The Netherlands)
Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing of bundles, frontals and closures, and 2-10 business days for processing of custom made wigs depending on the option you select. In addition, please allow up to 1-2 business days for shipping.

In stock: the processing and shipping time is equal to the above mentioned time schedules.
Pre-order: please allow an additional processing time of 15 business days next to the above mentioned time schedules.
Out of stock: no estimated processing and shipping time available. Leave your contact details to receive a notification when the product is back in stock.
Tracking information will be made available and will be sent to you via e-mail once your package has been shipped.
International Shipping
International orders will be shipped out after the above mentioned processing times. Shipping time will depend on the local shipping company of your country. Tracking information will be made available and will be sent to you via e-mail once your package has been shipped.
We stand by Debranima Hair Collections and fully commit to providing you not only high quality raw hair products, but a high quality shopping and customer service experience as well. All of our hair goes through an extensive review process before it’s shipped out.
Due to hygiene issues, we will consider exchanges only for hair bundles, closures, and frontals, provided that, the items are returned in their original condition and packaging (labels should still be attached).
To process an exchange you must contact us at info@debranimahairboutique.com within (14) days of receipt of your order (determined by your shipment tracking). Please include your order number in the e-mail subject. You will be responsible for the costs of return shipping.
As wigs are customised per order – all wigs are final sale.
